Omnicotton, Inc. was originally founded under the name of Multicotton USA, Inc. in 2002 by Raymond Faus in partnership with the Multigrain Group of Brazil. In 2006, Raymond acquired 100% ownership of the company. Raymond's previous career was with Ecom Group where he worked for more than 25 years and was involved in various farming, ginning and merchandising projects. Raymond's direct responsibilities included three years heading the grain by-products operation for South America which included Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina and from 1985 to 1995 the South American cotton division as a whole. In 1995 Raymond moved to Dallas, Texas to become cotton CEO. During his tenure he opened operations in Australia, CIS and West Africa along with facilitating an increased market share in the US.

Omnicotton is currently focused on trading Brazilian and U.S. cotton with the main markets of Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Indonesia, Argentina and Brazil. In 2009, Omnicotton expanded its operation by opening a subsidiary in Brazil in order to trade domestically as well as to originate exports.

Omnicotton is known in the marketplace as an efficient, flexible and reliable counterpart. Omnicotton has quickly earned the respect of the cotton industry worldwide and continues to expand on the solid foundation it has already established.
