Effective September 4th 2009 the name Multicotton USA, Inc has been changed to Omnicotton, Inc.
The name change is part of a restructuring of our operation which includes the opening of a new
branch in São Paulo, Brazil under the name Omnicotton Agri Comercial Ltda.

The company control remains the same as well as all legal tax identifications.
All contracts in the name Multicotton USA, Inc will be performed under the name of Omnicotton, Inc.
